1899. The man standing is unknown but in the trap is William James Offley, b. Terrington St. Clements (nr Kings Lynn) 25 Oct 1858. d. 2 Feb 1941 (C3 IX.) together with his son James William Offley, b. Wisbech 7 Jun 1895. d. Wayland 30 Nov 1972 (C3 X.). He served with the Norfolk Regiment 1915 - 1918.
